- Student (for Nepalese) and Full (for Nepalese) registration provide ICMU conference access ONLY. Any other options such as reception, banquet, and excursion are not included.
- Full (for Nepalese) registration is valid only for people with Nepalese nationality working in Nepal.
- Student (for Nepalese) registration is valid only for students belonging to educational organizations in Nepal.
- For Nepalese registration, you must show document(s) (e.g. student ID, passport) to guarantee your eligibility if inquired.

Important Notes
- All attendees must register for ICMU 2019 conference.
- Each accepted regular paper and short paper REQUIRES at least one FULL registration BEFORE THE CAMERA READY DEADLINE. Please make sure to register and complete payment by the camera ready deadline, otherwise, your paper will be excluded from the conference proceedings.
- One FULL REGISTRATION covers one paper. If you have more than one accepted paper, you must pay an extra paper charge for each additional paper. It is encouraged to have your co-authors to register and attend the conference.
- If the first author of a poster/demo paper is a student, a student registration by the author student covers the poster/demo paper. Note that one student registration covers one poster/demo paper. Students are encouraged to present their work by their own in the poster/demo session.
- The standard page limit for regular and short papers is 6 and 4 pages, respectively. Regular papers can exceed this limit for up to 2 extra pages at additional cost for each extra page. Note that SHORT PAPERS ARE NOT ALLOWED to exceed the page limit.
- Extra banquet tickets could be provided with an additional fee if available. Please email the registration chair before Oct. 21, 2019 (23:59 EDT).
- To get the early registration discount, you need to COMPLETE PAYMENT before the Early registration deadline. Just submitting registration information early does not make you eligible for the discount.
Instructions for Registration
First, please fill up the information registration form. After the information registration, we request you to pay your registration fee by bank transfer (recommended) or PayPal.
Step 1: Information Registration
Please access the Information Registration Form and register your information. After filling up the form, click the "Submit" button. Once you complete Information Registration successfully, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered E-mail address automatically. Then, please proceed to the following Step 2-1 or Step 2-2 for the payment.

The selected registration item populates in your cart. After selecting your registration item(s), please proceed to the payment by clicking either of "Check out" buttons on your cart page.
After finishing the payment, you will receive an E-mail titled "Receipt for Your Payment to ICMU2019" from PayPal. If you couldn't find the e-mail, please check your junk mail folder. If you do not receive the e-mail within a few days, please email the registration chair.

Cancellation Policy
For Authors
No refund is issued for author registration.
For Participants
Cancellations on or prior to Oct. 6, 2019 (23:59 EDT) incurs a 10% cancellation charge. No refund is issued after this date.
No-Show Policy
ICMU has a strict policy on no-show.
One of the authors and their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at ICMU.
No-show papers without valid reasons are excluded from IEEEXplore.
No refund is issued for no-show papers for any reason.
