Instructions for Registration
- We request you to pay your registration fee by PayPal.
- PayPal is a secure means of payment which can send money without letting the receiver know the sender's bank/credit-card information.
Step 1. Put your information into Registration Form
Step 2. Click "Make your payment with PayPal".
Do not close this window unless you finish the payments. If you could not finish the payments due to some troubles, you can restart the payment by clicking the button again.
Step 3. Pay your registration fee with PayPal.
If you have your PayPal account, you can use it. Log in to the PayPal and pay the fee. Otherwise, click the hyperlink "Continue" and do it.
Step 4. CLICK "Return to ICMU Committees" button as shown below, to finish the registration process.
If you do not click the button, your payment will not be reported to the registration chair. Your payment would complete in success regardless of clicking the button. However, please click the button, which allows us to confirm your registration and payment smoothly.

VISA Information
Make your arrangements for entry into the United States EARLY. These arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee; it may take a few months to receive your VISA.

VISA WAIVIER COUNTRIES
Citizens of the 35 countries in the National Visa Waiver Program are eligible to travel without a VISA, however you need to obtain an approved travel authorization prior to your travel to the United States. The actual approval form and additional information may be at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/esta.html.
Special Requests to Registration Chair
- Please contact the registration chair if you are an author or a program committee and you need a visa invitation letter to get a visa.
- Please let me know details if you need to request us consider your meal due to your belief and religion.
- Please let me know the number of person(s) if you are accompanied by them except conference participants.

FAQ
I closed the window in Step 2 before I finish paying the fee!
If you do not have a PayPal account, please register again from Step 1.
Otherwise, you can send the fee with your PayPal account to ICMU committee

You should fill in your registration name on the input box "Subject" or "Message" if your name in the PayPal account is different from your registration name.
