Excursion and Banquet

Excursion

We are planning to have a city tour of Seattle with Ride the Ducks. Two chartered amphibious vehicles will depart right in front of Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle, show us the major viewpoints as well as splash into Lake Union, and finally drop us off at the Columbia Center (where we will have a banquet.)

  • Date: April 27th, Tuesday
  • Meeting: 4:50pm in the Pan Pacific Hotel lobby
  • Departure: 5:00pm from the hotel rotary
  • Arrival: 6:40pm at the Columbia Center

Banquet

The conference banquet will take place at Columbia Tower Club. (Our excursion will take us directly to the Colubmia Center.)

  • Floor: 75th floor. You will ascend the main elevator to the 40th Floor (Sky Lobby), and then change elevators and continue to the 75th Floor
  • Dress Code: Business Casual, defined as collared shirt and tailored slacks, or a jacket with collared or non-collared shirt and tailored pants.
  • Transportation to Banquet: Take Metro Bus 545 at Stewart St and 9th Ave, and get off at 5th Ave and Marion St.
  • Transportaiton back to Hotel: Take Metro Bus 23 at 3rd Ave and Columbia St, keep riding the same bus while it changes in Bus 28 on the way, and get off at 7th Ave and Blanchard St.
